Watch Your F-ing Language!

Dear Kids,

The other day we were sitting down to a lovely dinner of pasta and broccoli. Buddy pulled up to the table, looked at his plate and said, “F#ck me!”

Daddy and I stopped dead in our tracks in the kitchen. “What’s that, Buddy??”

“Bock wee!”

“Broccoli?” Wheh! “Broccoli! Yay for broccoli!”

And in the car a few days later, driving to school on a disappointingly overcast day, Kitten said sullenly, “It’s a f#ucking cloudy day.”

“Excuse me??”

“It’s a foggy and cloudy day, Momma.”

“Oh! Yes! It sure is.”

If you guys ever do start swearing, I may not be able to tell the difference…

  1. I’m totally going through the same thing. K has a new favorite animal. The frog. But that’s not how she says it, and I swear she uses it as an adjective.

  2. Cute šŸ™‚
